Pam's Yoga Fitness Class
Midnfulness yoga with fresh air and sunshine! The beautiful Town Hall meeting room has two walls of glass
letting in natural light year around. Most days we open the doors to let in fresh air.
Wood-beam cathedral ceiling, views of trees and sky.
Hatha with ab work.
Yoga, meditation, and Pilates. Stretch, relax, and strengthen. Learn to be in your body. Learn to let your body guide your yoga.
Wednesdays 10:15am to 11:30am
Pam Portugal Walatka studied in person with Alan Watts, Joseph Campbell, Aldous Huxley, Abraham Maslow, Ida Rolf, Charlotte Selver,
Shogaku Shunryu Suzuki-roshi, Fritz Perls, Michael Murphy, Houston Smith, Ram Dass, and others. She lived in Nepal for a year. She was the first yoga teacher at Esalen
(starting in 1968, when there were about a dozen yoga teachers in America). She is credentialed by the State of California to teach yoga in a community college.

For those of you who have signed up many times, if Sarah G has your credit card info, you can walk by her window, get her attention,
wiggle your hand in a signing gesture, and she will sign you up.
Students who enjoy this class also enjoy other types of exercise. The class is for people who like a vigorous,
quiet workout followed by meditation.
We have a variety of ages in the class, but this is not gentle yoga. It's a workout.
You need to be at least a little bit buff to keep up.
The class meets almost every Wednesday. 10:15 sharp. If it is Wednesday, it must be yoga.
Except: no class the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and 4th of July.
