Pam's Yoga Fitness Class

Eight-week class at the Los Altos Hills Recreation Department

Yoga, meditation, and Pilates. Stretch, relax, and strengthen. Learn to be in your body.

Wednesdays, 8 weeks, 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, California, USA. Fee: $105.00 for LAH residents, $115.00 for non-residents

Students who enjoy this class also enjoy golf, gardening, tennis, walking, running, and/or working out. The class is for people who like a vigorous, quiet workout followed by meditation.

We have a variety of ages in the class, but this is not gentle yoga. It's a workout. You need to be at least a little bit buff to keep up.
