Please be careful whenever you try these poses. Before you start, assess your health: do you have any pains today? Is there some part of your body you should protect today? For example, if your back feels bad, pay special attention to you back as you try each pose. Skip anything that hurts, or modify the pose to suit your body today.
On these pages, you will see modifications—ways of adapting these poses to your body. Never force your body into a position that does not feel right. Find your challenge, the position that gives you a good stretch but does not hurt.
